    I always get this message while using my 905. I don't have a sd card in the reader slot which I've heard causes this issue. Any others experience this? What's the fix?

     Yes I do in fact. How do I send a screen shot? I'll take all the screen shots you want of my tool locking up or freezing up. Happens less often if I have the VCI connected via usb but it still happens either way.

     When it happens all I want to do is toss the thing in the trash. It's hard to count on something to make you money when all it does is lock/freeze up or return to the scan tools main diag page only to have to start all over again. And vin scanning is a joke STILL! Seems like there is a whole lot of irritated techs here, I'm not the only one.

     If anybody is unaware how to take a screen shot. Just press and hold the camera icon at the bottom of the screen, you'll hear a click and screen will flash like a camera. Screenshots go to your gallery.

     Couldn't send from my tool to support so I sent to my phone then to you from my smartphone.
